This policy applies to all orders shipped by STOCK UP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including self-operated products, supplier items, returns, and exchanges. We prioritize safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

2. Carrier Selection

2.1 All logistics partners must hold valid licenses and comply with U.S. and international regulations.

2.2 Carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) are selected based on reliability, service quality, coverage, and cost efficiency.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Continental U.S. (48 States):​ Standard express services (UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail).

3.2 Remote U.S. Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico):​ USPS Priority Mail or dedicated freight services.

3.3 Special Items​ (fragile, high-value, oversized, perishable, or hazardous goods): Shipped via specialized carriers with enhanced packaging and tracking.

4. Shipping Timeframes

4.1 Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST​ on business days ship the same day (excludes pre-orders/custom items).

4.2 Weekend/holiday orders ship within 24 hours of the next business day.

4.3 Items with specific shipping timelines (e.g., “Ships in 5–7 days”) follow the product page’s stated schedule.

5. Shipping Fees

5.1 Free Shipping:​ Orders over $50​ (continental U.S.).

5.2 Standard Fee:​ Orders below $50 incur a $5.99​ flat-rate fee.

5.3 Remote Areas:​ Additional surcharges apply (calculated at checkout).

5.4 International Orders:​ Costs vary by destination/weight and display at checkout. Customers bear all import duties/taxes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Company Error​ (e.g., wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping and reshipment costs.

6.2 Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • Within 30 days​ of delivery.

  • Unused items in original packaging: Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.

    6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments​ due to incorrect customer-provided addresses: Customer bears all costs.

7. Risk of Loss & Ownership

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Signature confirmation is required for high-value orders (>$200).

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We comply with U.S. and carrier restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials, firearms, liquids). Customers must ensure orders adhere to local laws.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions).

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes take effect immediately upon posting at vortora.site.
